BIG SMILEY FACE The elevator was out of service when we arrived, and Jessica made sure to get us the room directly off the stairs which was a big help. In a short stay, we actually interacted with her quite a bit and we felt welcome from the first moment. Thank you again Jessica.

Nice location and very helpful and pleasant stuff. grounds are clean and well kept. We did have a couple of problems and they were addressed immediately. Overall I'm rather pleased with everything at this location.

The breakfast they offer... the surrounding restaurants... easy access to the interstate... a Wal-Mart that is 2 minutes away... a great pool to relax by... I really love how housekeeping kept my room clean and worked to make my stay so comfortable... THE STAFF WAS AMAZING...

Great location to everything you need or want to do in Naples and a very short drive to Marco Island. The beds were super comfy. Breakfast is basic but sufficient.
